Happy 100 day —15 Relax

We’ve been working pretty much all time, not just work only, including family and friends.

We use computer, ipad, and smart phone all the time like drug to us.

And then we have eyes pain, shoulder sour and a lot of other problem.

Don’t forgot you are not a robot, should take a rest about every hour, let your eyes take a couple minutes rest, move around your shoulder a while, or stand up walk around make your blood flow better.

If you have all the pain on your body, how the happiness would find you? If they come to find you, you can’t enjoy them so much, isn’t it?

工作一整天下來,超過8個小時常常盯著電腦,
造成眼睛酸痛,肩頸的不適,
別忘了回家時拿起溫的毛巾,
閉起眼睛放上後休息個10分鐘,
洗澡時使用蓮蓬頭的熱水沖沖肩頸舒緩一下吧!

注意身體的酸痛都是一個警訊,
告訴您身體累了喔!
起身拉拉筋、輕輕按摩眼睛周遭,按摩一下頭部,都可以讓身體得到更好的循環喔!

好好告顧好身體,擺脫酸痛、病痛,快樂就會更容易找上門了:)
